Why LCD not powered on even though the power LED is in blue color?

Please open the system and make sure the LCD Power Cable is properly connected. For eDP type of LCD panels, please check the eDP panel is firmly connected. If it still doesn’t work, please contact the service technician.

Why my screen snowing or shaking?

Make sure LVDS Cable is connected firmly.

Why it shows a white screen when the system boots up?

Check if LVDS Cable is loose.

Why I cannot adjust the brightness of the Windows 10 quick action icon on the lower right-hand side?

Please check the LCD panel and the mainboard if they are connected with the eDP connector. If not, please adjust the brightness in the "Display" under the "System" in the Windows Control Panel.

Why the 2nd display / monitor doesn't show anything on the screen after power on?

Please check if the VGA cable is firmly connected to the VGA port on the system.

Why the 2nd display / monitor (D2109 and SD1000S) doesn't show anything on the screen after power on?

If you are using D2109, please check the VGA cable is firmly connected to the VGA port on the system. Then, check the BIOS setting if the VGA port power has been turned ON. If you are using SD1000S, please reconnect the USB cable to the USB port on the system. If it still doesn't work, please connect the 2nd USB cable to the system.
